Villa Kata
 

The villa is located on over one rai (1600m2) of land at the southern tip of Kata beach, on a rocky promontory overlooking the entire beach and bay. There is access to a private beach, while the villa, itself, remains very exclusive with a remote-controlled entry gate. Yachting friends can anchor their boats right below the villa and walk up.
 

The Thai style villa, itself, is made up of four main buildings covering over 400m2 of living space, with another 400m2 of terraces. The middle building is two stories, giving the two top bedrooms a complete view of the entire bay. The terrace space is particularly outstanding with two levels and two swimming pools, which cascade from one to the other. The fully-landscaped, rear gardens act as the main entry level, and have two functional waterfalls, one of which flows into a fish pond.
 

The villa contains 6 bedrooms including one master bedroom tastefully decorated in Asian style. The room has a stereo, television set, computer with Internet connectivity, and a fax machine. The luxury en suite bathroom has a corner tub with enough room for two and is designed for maximum privacy in black and yellow marble to give it a sophisticated style.
The other five bedrooms offer either two single beds or one king-size bed with en suite bathroom. All are beautifully decorated with teak furniture. Each room has a fresh supply of towels and linens and can be made up daily at your request.

Baan Saleah is a brand new 900 sq metre villa built to a high specification on the headland between Kata Beach and Kata Noi Beach. No expense has been spared from the 100 sq metre infinity pool to the designer furniture. Baan Saleah offers total peace and serenity.

The four chic bedrooms offer privacy from each other making it perfect for two families. The beds have been especially made for the villa offering the ultimate in comfort. A selection of pillows will aid a wonderful nights sleep. Each bathroom has its own hand crafted terrazzo bath and hand chipped marble basins, two have indoor/outdoor shower areas. 10 people can be accommodated with ease within this magnificent villa. The villa is also fully air conditioned in all the living and bedrooms.
 

Guests will be treated to delicious Thai cuisine prepared by the live-in staff who also provide housekeeping services which includes laundry.

The Sonos music system can hold up to 80,000 songs of all genres to suit every taste. There are Bose speakers throughout the villa so that you can enjoy music no matter where you are, from the Sala to the Living room.

The Sala on the pool terrace has a huge swinging day bed so you can lay and look out at the glistening Andaman Sea. There are also two double recliners on the pool terrace allowing you to get that tan whilst listening to the waves crashing on the rocks. The staff can arrange for massage, hair braiding or a manicure by the pool.

 

The 12 metre gabled ceiling sitting/dining room has doors that slide back on both sides making it feel outside whilst you are sitting inside. Eat at the ultimate dining table cut from one piece of wood, designer dining chairs complete the scene.

Look through the glass panels on the top terrace at the waterfall whilst you eat at the hand crafted table which seats up to 14 for dinner with a view over to Pu Island and the Andaman Sea. The staff can assist you with all your holiday requirements, from golf, paragliding, quad biking, scuba diving and boat trips.

Baan Saleah is within walking distance to many famous restaurants, a list of which is in the villa. The entertainment room has a surround sound 50 inch plasma cable TV system complete with a variety of DVD’s for your enjoyment.
 

Take a stroll down to the large boulders in front of the villa, during the high season you can swim off the rocks as the sea is calm.

Kata Beach is just a short walk down the hill as is Kata Noi Beach; there are many restaurants and café’s along the beach to enjoy a delicious lunch or dinner. The village of Kata has many shops to buy souvenirs’ or a trip into Patong will satisfy all your shopping needs.

Phuket has great infrastructure with good roads, shopping malls, cinemas and a host of activities to keep you busy if you so desire.
